Ginger Carrot Cake Bliss Balls

  • 2/3 cup dried dates pitted
  • 1 cup carrots shredded
  • 1 cups raw pecans halves
  • 1/2 cup blanched almond flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil virgin, unrefined
  • 1 sachet Pique Ginger Digestion tea
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt


  • Soak dates in 1 cup of hot water for 5 minutes. Drain dates and add to a food processor. Pulse until dates are crumbled. Add tea crystals and remaining ingredients and continue to blend for 10-15 seconds or until thoroughly mixed and pecans are finely chopped.
  • Form mixture into small balls using a tablespoon measuring scoop and place on a parchment paper-lined tray. Transfer to the freezer for 15 minutes to set. Enjoy!
