Soak dates in 1 cup of hot water for 5 minutes. Drain dates and add to a food processor. Pulse until dates are crumbled. Add tea crystals and remaining ingredients and continue to blend for 10-15 seconds or until thoroughly mixed and pecans are finely chopped.
Form mixture into small balls using a tablespoon measuring scoop and place on a parchment paper-lined tray. Transfer to the freezer for 15 minutes to set. Enjoy!
