White Peony Spritz

- 2 oz. Vodka used Hanger 1
- 2/3 oz Galliano L’Authentico
- 2/3 oz Raw Honey
- 1 1/3 oz Lime Juice
- 1 Packet Pique Organic White Peony Tea Crystals
- 2 Sprigs Fresh Oregano
- Top up with Champagne Used Roederer Estate Brut
Tools:
- Cocktail Shaker
Instructions
- Add vodka, Gailliano L’Authentico, raw honey, lime juice, and one Pique Organic White Peony packet to ice-filled cocktail shaker.
- Shake vigorously for 10 seconds and strain into 2 champagne flutes.
- Add a sprig of fresh oregano to each glass and then top up flutes with champagne.
