Creamy Earl Grey Coconut Rum Punch

  • 1.5 oz Coconut Rum used Koloa Kauai Coconut Rum
  • 2 oz Coconut Milk
  • .5 oz Maple syrup
  • ¼ Vanilla bean
  • 1 Packet Pique Organic Earl Grey Black Tea Crystals
  • Hot water
  • Freshly grated Nutmeg


  • Cocktail Shaker


  • Mix Pique Organic Earl Grey Crystals with just enough hot water to dissolve crystals. 
  • Add coconut rum, coconut milk, maple syrup, scraped vanilla bean seeds, and Earl Grey to cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-20 seconds. 
  • Strain into glass and grate nutmeg over the top.
