Pique Ginger Peach Black Tea
Ice
Fresh mint sprig
Sliced peach
For Peach Purée
1/2
cup
thawed frozen peaches
1/4
cup
filtered water

tbsp
honey
optional
Instructions
Dissolve
tea crystals
in 1 cup of hot water. Refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.
Combine thawed peaches, water, and honey in a blender and blend until smooth. Add peach purée to the bottom of a 12-ounce glass and add ice.
Pour chilled tea over ice and add a straw. Garnish with peach slice and mint. Use a straw to gently stir peach purée into tea.
