Holiday Pu'er Cranberry Orange Whiskey Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup hot filtered water
  • 1 sachet Pique Fermented Black Tea
  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cranberry juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1 1/2 ounces bourbon whiskey
  • 1 large ice cube

Optional Garnishes

  • oven dried orange slice
  • fresh cranberries

Instructions

  • Stir together hot water, fermented pu’er black tea and raw honey. Cool completely in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Add Pu’er mixture, cranberry juice, orange juice, whiskey and ice to a martini shaker and stir for 5 seconds to combine.
  • Strain over a large ice cube into a cocktail glass and garnish with an orange slice, cranberries or both. Sip and enjoy!
