Cherry Green Tea Sorbet

  • 24 oz. frozen pitted cherries
  • 3/4 cup 100% white grape juice
  • 1 sachet Sencha green tea crystals


  • Combine ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until cherries are thoroughly mixed, scraping sides with a spatula as needed.
  • Spread evenly in a loaf pan. Cover and freeze for 3-4 hours or until firm, but still able to scoop. Scoop into serving glasses or bowls and enjoy right away.
