Calming Lavender Reishi Latte

  • 1 sachet Pique Reishi Calm Elixir
  • 1/2 cup filtered water
  • 1/2 tsp food grade dried lavender buds
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp raw honey


  • Heat filtered water and lavender buds over medium heat in a saucepan. Bring to a low boil and reduce heat to a simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes. Strain water into a jar to remove lavender buds.
  • Stir Reishi tea and honey into the water and cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour to chill the mixture. Pour over ice in a 16 oz. glass and top with coconut milk. Enjoy.
