- 1.5 oz Coconut Rum used Koloa Kauai Coconut Rum
- 2 oz Coconut Milk
- .5 oz Maple syrup
- ¼ Vanilla bean
- 1 Packet Pique Organic Earl Grey Black Tea Crystals
- Hot water
- Freshly grated Nutmeg
- Cocktail Shaker
- Mix Pique Organic Earl Grey Crystals with just enough hot water to dissolve crystals.
- Add coconut rum, coconut milk, maple syrup, scraped vanilla bean seeds, and Earl Grey to cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-20 seconds.
- Strain into glass and grate nutmeg over the top.
