Ingredients
  • ½ cup whole rolled oats
  • 2 pieces dates chopped up
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tbsp cacao nibs
  • ¾ cup nut milk
  • 1 packet Pique Earl Grey Tea Crystals
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients into a mason jar or container in any particular order

  2. Shake it up and let the mixture sit in the fridge for 6 hours or refrigerate overnight

  3. Enjoy!
