Creamy Earl Grey Coconut Rum Punch

  • 1.5 oz Coconut Rum used Koloa Kauai Coconut Rum
  • 2 oz Coconut Milk
  • .5 oz Maple syrup
  • ¼ Vanilla bean
  • 1 Packet Pique Organic Earl Grey Black Tea Crystals
  • Hot water
  • Freshly grated Nutmeg
  • Cocktail Shaker
  1. Mix Pique Organic Earl Grey Crystals with just enough hot water to dissolve crystals. 

  2. Add coconut rum, coconut milk, maple syrup, scraped vanilla bean seeds, and Earl Grey to cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-20 seconds. 

  3. Strain into glass and grate nutmeg over the top.
