- 1 sachet Pique Jasmine Green Tea Crystals
- 2 cups dried butterfly pea flower divided into 2
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup aloe vera juice concentrate optional
- 1 cup tonic water
Steep 1 cup of dried butterfly pea flowers in 1 cup of boiling water for about 20-30 minutes, until the water has a deep blue color.
Strain the mixture, and pour it into ice cube trays. Freeze overnight until completely frozen.
Soak the other 1 cup of dried butterfly pea flowers in 1 cup of aloe vera juice concentrate overnight.
Strain the butterfly pea flowers from the aloe vera juice concentrate, discard.
In a glass, combine water and Jasmine Green Tea Crystals, aloe vera juice mixture and tonic water.
Add butterfly pea flower ice cubes into the glass and enjoy.
