Ingredients: 
½ cup whole rolled oats 2 dates chopped up
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
½ tbsp cacao nibs
¾ cup non-dairy milk
1 packet Earl Grey Pique Tea
1/4 cup frozen blueberries

Directions:
Add all the ingredients into a mason jar or container in any particular order, shake it up and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, grab your morning tea + breakfast and start your day!
