Summer skin dryness is a completely real thing… especially for those of us with sensitive skin who can’t just use regular moisturizers.

In the thick of August heat, there’s nothing like a moisturizing chia seed, green tea face mask for our first Selfcare Sunday post. Chia seeds are packed with omega-3 fatty acids that hydrate the skin, while the antioxidants in our green tea repair skin and eliminate wrinkles.

2 cups Pique’s Sencha Green Tea
3 tablespoons chia seeds

Pour 2 packets Sencha into 2 cups water and stir. Add chia seeds and let sit for 10 minutes. Apply to face with clean hands. Let the mask sit for 10 minutes then remove with warm water, massaging skin as you rinse.
