Calling all green tea lovers! Here’s a green tea smoothie recipe you are going to love. It is full of protein, antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids and only takes a few minutes to prep!

Green Tea Smoothie Recipe 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Pique Sencha Organic Green Tea, Brewed and Chilled
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 3 tbsp. raw cashews or 2 tbsp. cashew butter

Directions: 

Blend all ingredients until smooth.
